Hiyori

A Re:Code under the command of "The Seeking One". Hiyori is an effervescent girl whose child-like innocence is matched by her child-like cruelty towards her victims. On the other hand, she's very fond of Yukihina and is close to Shigure, her two Re:Code comrades. Hiyori's special power is "Balloon", an ability to create explosive balloons and use them to manipulate any membrane in the body like the cornea causing blindness. Her lost form is a small turtle. Hiyori's parents committed suicide due to huge amount of debts when she was a child, leaving her to fend for herself on the street. Catching winds of Hiyori's powers, Hachiouji Rui, then a Re:Code, along with Kouji and Yukihina, adopted her and Rui personally took care of her. Later, Hiyori opened up to Rui, and Rui gave her the two ribbons she still wears today. When Rui left the Re:Code, Hiyori's affection for her turned into hatred, as she believed Rui betrayed them all. In the battle inside Shibuya's mansion, Hiyori battled Rui and nearly killed her with shadowless ballons, but Rui resorted to her most powerful technique, "Empress Paradox", and defeated Hiyori. Later, Hiyori was picked up by Shigure, and they joined with the Code:Closer.
